For outdoor garden/patio furniture and fountains-Home Locomotion Brand- 

Non-Damaged / Non-Defective Returns:

    • Buyer pays return shipping cost for buyer's remorse.

  • 20% re-stocking fee applies.

Damaged or Defective items:

    • Damage or defect MUST be reported within 30 days, no exceptions.

    • Under $30 - Create a Problem Report and Customer Service will advise on next steps. Barbies Garden will take care of this.

    • Over $30 - Create a Problem Report and upload a picture of the damage or defect. A return may be required. Customer service will advise on next steps. Barbies Garden will take care of this.

  • Refund or exchange, buyer's choice

You may return all items sold by Pillow Decor Ltd. within 15 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping. Your return package must be post-marked within 15 days of the date your received your items.  Orders that are 'refused' at point of delivery will have outbound ($7.99) and return shipping charges deducted.
Pillow Decor does not cover your return shipping costs . However, if the return is a result of an error we made in your order, we will refund all shipping costs, including your return shipping costs, and offer you a refund or a store credit if that is your preference. Please note that, due to differences in computer monitor color settings and displays, Pillow Decor does not take responsibility for discrepancies between the physical product color and the color as see on your computer screen. If you have concerns about color, we encourage you to contact 313-460-7495 or prior to purchase. We can provide Benjamin Moore and Pantone color references and in many cases we can provide additional photos.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.
We cannot issue any refunds or exchanges for the return of certain items, including:
  • Any item that has a return post-mark dated after the 15 day return period.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, has been used, or is damaged.
  • Any item that has been exposed to pet hair, smoke or perfume

All components are warranted for a period of 10 years after date of purchase by the original owner.

Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging. 

Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered.  The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase. 


 Artisan Spark Guard Warranty-Fire Pit Art Brand-

Artisan Spark Guard Warranty

Fire Pit Art® Artisan Spark Guards are handcrafted to fit Fire Pit Art® and no returns are accepted if they are purchased to fit any other product except Fire Pit Art.  Although we use very heavy mesh screen it is susceptible to the high direct heat of the fire pit.  Longevity is determined by the frequency and intensity of the fires and will be different for every user. 

Although it may rust the fire screen material is guaranteed for sixty days against failure, the frame work is guaranteed for ten years with proof of purchase and would be shipped back prepaid to Fire Pit Art.
